Refund & return policy

Return Policy e-riderhub provides a 30-Day Hassle-Free Returns Policy. Refunds will be issued, deducting the original and return shipping charges, under the following conditions:

  • Notify us of your intent to return within 30 days of the order date.
  • Return the item within 14 days from the notice of intent.
  • All merchandise must be in new, unused, and sellable condition, including packaging, warranty cards, manuals, documentation, instructions, and accessories.
  • This policy applies to cancellations post-shipment and/or refusal upon delivery.
  • Spare parts or accessories returns are not accepted.
  • Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Customer bears the cost of ALL return shipping charges unless due to an e-riderhub error (e.g., incorrect item received).
  • All return and exchange merchandise necessitate an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Ship the return following the address in the RMA email received. (Refer to "Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)" below)
  • Provide pictures of the item from all sides before packaging for shipping and after packaging for return shipment in the original packaging.
  • Returns undergo inspection; e-riderhub reserves the right to adjust the refund based on the returned product's condition.
  • Do not return to any address listed on the package. Insurance for shipping returns is advisable, as we cannot guarantee delivery.
  • Prepay shipping on all returns, and insure returned packages for protection. e-riderhub is not liable for lost, pilfered, or damaged return shipments.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer covers return shipping expenses.
  • Custom items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • e-riderhub does not accept customer remorse returns.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • For free-shipped returns and cancellations, a shipping charge akin to the original shipment cost is deducted from the refund. Preserve all packaging in case of a return; do not write on the packaging box or use colored tape, only clear packaging tape.
  • e-riderhub reserves the right to refuse a refund if:
  • The returned item differs from the original shipped item.
  • Returned item lacks parts or original packaging.
  • Return shipment damage due to improper packaging.
  • Obvious signs of item use or impediment to proper packaging due to assembly.

Not Returnable

  • Products eligible for parts under manufacturer warranty.
  • Items out of original manufacturer packaging.
  • Accessories and Spare Parts.
  • Responsibility for damaged returns during transport rests with the customer, who must file claims with the carrier. No refund can be issued in such cases.

It's the customer's responsibility to return merchandise in a new resalable condition.

Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection of returned items.

Exchange Policy Except for custom items, exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the ship date. Exchanges are subject to restocking fees and return policies (refer to this page).

Request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA)

All merchandise returns require an e-riderhub RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To request an RMA number, follow this procedure. Returns received without an authorization number will be rejected.

Please provide the following:

Your e-riderhub Order Number (found in your confirmation emails) Description of the item(s) for return Reason for return Photos (from all angles) of the item for return Upon validation of your return reason, an RMA number will be provided. Items without an authorized RMA number will be refused, and no refund will be issued. The RMA is valid for 15 business days from issuance. Ensure returns reach us within 30 days of the original ship date.

Items Damaged During Shipment Inspect all boxes upon order arrival. For visibly damaged packaging, refuse delivery or note damage on the proof of delivery slip. For accepted damaged shipments, notify us immediately, as claims must be made to the carrier within 24 hours. e-riderhub isn't liable for visible shipment damage unreported within 24 hours of receipt. We'll assist in resolving claims for insurance claims on damaged goods. For hidden damage within undamaged packaging, contact e-riderhub within 2 days of receipt. Claims cannot be accepted after 2 business days due to carrier responsibility limitations.

Restocking Fees A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns and exchanges unless due to an e-riderhub error (e.g., incorrect product shipped). The fee cannot be waived due to manufacturer charges. Customer bears return shipping costs. No returns or exchanges processed after thirty days from purchase date.

Non-Refundable Items Items defective or physically damaged by end-users. We reserve the right to check returned items' condition before issuing a refund or credit. Items lacking original manufacturing packaging. Customized orders are non-refundable or exchangeable. For defective items, we'll replace them. Items returned after 30 days are not accepted.


All returns must be complete, in original and resalable condition, with original boxes, product manuals, warranty cards, and packing materials. We reserve the right to refuse returns not meeting these requirements.

Upon approval, an email with return instructions will be sent. Securely pack all items in original packaging, include requested paperwork. Photograph the package and/or item before shipping. Include a copy of the original Packing Slip (with the reason for return). Write your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number on the box's exterior. Ship to the address provided in the RMA authorization instructions. Ship the package; a return shipping label may be provided, or arrange shipping yourself. Use UPS or FedEx Ground for orders delivered by these carriers. For larger items from LTL freight carriers, place the box on a pallet and schedule a pickup. Provide us with the tracking number. Upon receipt and inspection of your return, an email will notify you. Approval or rejection of your refund will also be communicated. Approved refunds will be processed, and credit will be automatically applied to the original payment method.

Refund Process

Your return will be processed expediently but may take up to 30 days. Credit appearance on your monthly statement varies by credit card company; allow one to two billing cycles. Upon RMA issuance, expect your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. Often, refunds arrive faster (1-2 weeks), including transit time (5 to 10 business days), our return processing (3 to 5 business days), and your bank's refund processing (5 to 10 business days).

Cancellations Free cancellations are permitted up to 48 hours after order placement, if not yet physically shipped. Cancelled unshipped orders after 48 hours incur a $40 administration fee. Shipped orders follow standard return procedure. Refunds are issued only to the original credit card used for the order.


Under no circumstances is e-riderhub responsible for any damage resulting from damaged, defective, or improperly secured parts. This includes but is not limited to, damage to personal property, personal injury, or death.
