Mototec offer a 3 month part replacement warranty. If you are experiencing issues with your purchase submit a request to sales@e-riderhub.com. Mototec does not return defective product, we find a solution to get the product working by sending out replacement parts or a replacement product.
If their is visible damage or defects, please include all pictures in your email.
